(2) Some of the gaps in the activity are too large, such as the gap at the lifting table or the workbench rail is too large or the spindle bearing is severely worn, causing the main shaft to loosen and the gap to be too large.
(3) The milling amount is not properly selected, such as the milling speed is too high.
(4) The rigidity of the milling cutter bar is not good.
(5) The fixture is too rigid and the clamping force is weak.
(6) The bearing hole of the bracket is severely worn, and the small neck of the long milling cutter is loosened.
(7) The milling cutter is too far from the spindle cone and there is no auxiliary bracket at the center.
(8) The edge of the milling cutter is severely worn and dull.
(9) The nut of the milling machine anchor bolt is loose.
(10) The material to be cut is too hard.
(11) The calibration operation is not performed after the milling cutter device, and the circular runout when the milling cutter rotates is too large.
(12) The workpiece clamping is not strong or unreliable.
(13) The method of installing the workpiece is not correct. For example, when milling the side of the plate-shaped workpiece, if the workpiece is high when the clamp is mounted on the bench, two horns should be used to supplement the two ends of the workpiece. Cutting a square kit; if the workpiece is machined with too many jaws, it will cause oscillation or tremor in the milling. In addition, if the long workpiece is clamped, the support in the lower part of the workpiece is not insured, which will cause the cutting oscillation.
